Plaster relief: 15 cm in diameter. Note the relief is the same size as the old versions in biscuits. The personalized day is actively flying over the sky with a towering neck. She looks over her shoulder and looks at the little torch-bearing boy that symbolizes the light and the sun.

Plaster relief: 15 cm in diameter. The night one of Thorvaldsen's popular motifs is now available in a small version. The personified night hovering over the sky with bent neck. Her eyes are closed like the children in her embrace.

Christmas joy in heaven

1842, plaster relief 15 cm in diameter. Angels are part of several of Thorvaldsen's works. This relief has a particularly nice atmosphere, with all the little playing angels.

Day

Relief: 80 cm diameter. Please note that measurements are only approximate. The personified figure of Day flies energetically across the sky with her head held high. She looks over her shoulder and directs her gaze at the little boy carrying the torch, a symbol of light and the sun.

Please note that measurements are only approximate. Night personified floats over the sky with her neck bent. Her eyes are closed as is the eyes of the children in her embrace. Her hair is braided with poppies, with their sleep-inducing capacities, known since Antiquity. The animal of the night (an owl) flies directly and as if urging out towards us.

Apollo and Daphne

Relief: 32,5 cm x 25,3 cm. Please note that measurements are only approximate. The god Apollo falls in love with the nymph Diana, but she will have nothing to do with him. When Apollo captures her, she asks Zeus for help, and he transforms her into a laurel tree. The Greek for laurel is daphne.

Thorvaldsen's Selfportrait

14 cm x 11 cm. Please note that measurements are only approximate. When Thorvaldsen created the relief frieze “Alexander the Great’s Triumphal Entry into Babylon” for the Palazzo del Quirinale in Rome on the occasion of the Emperor Napoleon’s planned visit to the city in 1812, he placed a portrait of himself in the frieze.
