We are pleased to offer free educational sessions to primary and lower secondary schools, as well as early childhood education centers. Demand for our programs is high, and we often have to decline requests because all available time slots are fully booked. We therefore ask that you cancel a booked session as far in advance as possible so that another school or center may benefit from the available slot. 

You may cancel your educator-led educational session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. '
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee of DKK 250 will be charged.

If your group does not attend the session on the day without notifying the museum’s Education Department in advance, a no-show fee of DKK 500 will be charged.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be completed directly through our booking system or by emailing skoletjenesten2@kff.kk.dk.

Any cancellation or no-show fees will be invoiced directly to your institution’s administrative office.
