MAKE A RELIEF AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT WITH ARTIST LAURA ELAINE GUISEPPI
Experiment with plaster, objects, impressions and imprints just like Bharti Kher, and create a truly unique Christmas gift for someone special.
This Christmas, we invite you to a creative workshop in the museum’s plaster studio, Gipseriet. Under the expert guidance of artist Laura Elaine Guiseppi, you can learn to make plaster reliefs and explore the material’s possibilities using a wealth of objects, fabrics, and colours. Here, only your imagination sets the boundaries for what the three-dimensional surfaces can express. You are welcome to bring a small object of personal significance—perhaps something that carries a story from your life or a pattern that will leave a beautiful imprint on your relief.
The workshop itself lasts just under an hour, including creation and moulding, and while your relief dries (approx. 30 minutes), you can visit the exhibition
Bharti Kher – Mythologies, which unfolds across the entire ground floor and is the museum’s largest exhibition to date.

Udstillingen Mythologies viser Bharti Khers omfattende skulpturelle praksis.
Afstøbninger i talrige materialer indgår i Khers praksis.
